Turkey: They’re very good – Emmanuel Emenike singles out three Nigerian players

Daily Post about 3 hours 1 mins read

Former Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike has singled out three “very good” Nigerian footballers he closely follows in the Turkish league.

The players are Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen, Amedspor’s Gift Orban and Bursaspor’s Kelechi Iheanacho.

Emenike, who played for Turkish Super Lig giants Fenerbahce during his professional career, said Osimhen and Orban are important players, while Iheanacho has enough potential to wear a Super Lig jersey.

“I closely follow the Nigerian goal scorers in the Super Lig as well. They are all very good footballers,” Emenike said, via HT Spor.

“I especially think Osimhen and Orban are important players. Iheanacho is in the 1. Lig, but he has more than enough potential to wear a Super Lig jersey.”
