Two security watchmen at the Bolgatanga Girls rsquo; Senior High School (BOGISS) in Ghana rsquo;s Upper East Region have been referred to the education authorities and reported to the police following allegations that they sexually abused a 14-year-old female student on the school rsquo;s campus.
