Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to Mexico, Reno Omokri, has dismissed speculation about President Bola Tinubu’s records with the FBI, saying that there are no mysteries surrounding the President.

He also said that Tinubu does not have a criminal record.

“I mean, the President’s true age is his declared age, the same age here, but let’s focus on this. The President has no criminal record.

“These are FBI records which everybody has. I have an FBI record. You have an FBI record,” Omokri said on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics.

“Here’s the thing. If you recall, I think sometime last year a girl falsely accused Davido — David Adeleke — of being the father of her child. Her father called a press conference. Channels was there.

“One of the things the father said is that, ‘Look, I’ve got documents here that can prove that he’s not the father of that girl, but I cannot release those documents to you because they contain DNA records.

“’And if I give you David’s DNA records, they can be cloned and used to incriminate him,” he added.

“Do you remember that? That is why the President does not want to release these FBI records, because the FBI records, they contain your DNA records. They contain your blood.”
