Volta NDC Youth Organiser aspirant targets ‘who you know’ culture with proposed opportunity centre

Youth advocate Kwame Junior Asiemoah, popularly known as JAK-UP, has proposed the establishment of a Youth Opportunity Centre in the Volta Region to improve young people rsquo;s access to jobs, scholarships and skills development opportunities.
