Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson says a clean conscience is central to the way he approaches his responsibility of managing Ghana rsquo;s public finances. In an interview shared by TV3 Ghana, Dr Ato Forson said he remains confident in his handling of public funds and is able to sleep peacefully because he believes he has conducted himself properly in office.
