Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Argentina head coach, Lionel Scaloni, has labelled Egypt winger, Mohamed Salah as a top player.

Scaloni spoke at his pre-match press conference ahead of Argentina’s World Cup Round of 16 clash with Egypt on Tuesday evening.

According to him, it would be an honour for his team to face the Liverpool legend, adding that the 34-year-old deserves special attention.

“Tomorrow will be no exception; they are a tough opponent. As for Salah, he’s a top player, and it’s an honor to face him,” Scaloni said.

“But we always adopt a collective defense, and he deserves special attention; we analyze the entire Egypt team.”

Egypt heads to the game after beating Australia in the Round of 32, while Argentina defeated Cape Verde.
