The Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara on Sunday met with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike at his Port Harcourt residence.
The Minister’s media aide, Lere Olayinka disclosed this in a post e shared on his Facebook page.
According to Lere, Fubara, who was accompanied by Dr Sam Sam Jaja, was received by the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the state, Kingsley Chinda.
Another political stalwart in the state, Senator Magnus Abe, was in the house during the governor’s visit.
Fubara reconciled with Wike in May this year after he stepped down from the governorship race, paving the way for the Minister’s anointed candidate.
The governor had urged all his supporters to vote for the APC candidates for the governorship and presidential elections.
