Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle has named his starting XI for the Super Eagles’ 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea-Bissau.
Akor Adams and Taiwo Awoniyi lead the attack, with Ademola Lookman also starting for the Super Eagles.
Wilfred Ndidi, Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi make up the midfield, while Bruno Onyemaechi, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Semi Ajayi and Calvin Bassey form the defence.
Stanley Nwabali starts in goal.
George Ilenikhena and Moses Usor, who scored their debut goals against Madagascar in Uyo, will start from the bench against Guinea-Bissau.
The Super Eagles full starting XI is: Nwabali; Bright-Osayi, Ajayi, Bassey, Onyemaechi; Ndidi, Onyeka, Iwobi; Lookman, Awoniyi, Adams.
Tolu Arokodare, Nwiaiwu, Maduka Okoye, Fernandez, Ilenikhena, Isaac, Simon, Okonkwo, Chukwueze, Onyedika, Moses and Aina are among the substitutes.
