BBNaija Season 11: Keivo breaks silence after disqualification

Daily Post 1 day 3 mins read

Former Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Victor Ikpe, also known as Keivo, has broken his silence following his disqualification from the reality show.

DAILY POST had earlier reported that Keivo became the second housemate to be disqualified from Season 11 after a physical altercation with fellow housemate Tram.

In a statement shared after his exit on Thursday, Keivo expressed gratitude to God, the show’s organisers, his family, friends and supporters for their love and support throughout his time in the house.

His message reads in full: “ I give utmost appreciation and glory to God almighty. Through everything he remained faithful.

“I sincerely thank Big Brother and Multichoice for the incredible opportunity to be part of this experience. Being in the house, sharing my story, connecting with amazing people and showing myself, I will never take that for granted.

“To my family, friends and supporters who worked tirelessly, prayed, voted, and stood by me with the hope of seeing me become a finalist, thank you. You believed in me and invested your time, resources, emotions, and love in my journey. I appreciate you more than words can ever express.

“I’ve had some time to reflect on everything that happened and I take full responsibility for my actions. My emotions took the best of me. Regardless of how strongly I felt, physical confrontation is never a solution to any situation. And I take full responsibility for my actions.

“I will learn, become better, and do my very best to make you proud of Keivo the Challenger, the Competitor, the man of many talents, the son of Grace, the VICTOR.

“I came into Big Brother’s house hoping Nigerians would see who I am. I leave knowing that millions of people did. Thank you for loving me at my best, and thank you for holding me accountable for my actions.

“I ask God for mercy, wisdom, grace, and strength as I move forward. I trust that he has a purpose for every chapter, including this one. I will continue to trust him.

“To every member of this family, new and old, I appreciate you. I love you, and I will do my best to make you proud. So help me God!

“The beginning of a new chapter. Happy Independence Day Nigeria.”

Keivo became the second Big Brother Naija housemate to be disqualified from Season 11, after Nomy was previously disqualified for repeatedly defying instructions and refusing to wear an assigned punishment outfit.
