“Big Brother Makes Your Life Harder” — Ex- Housemate Kess O Life After Reality Show

Former Big Brother Naija housemate Kess has opened up about the challenges that often come after leaving the reality show, saying life outside the famous house can be much harder than many people expect.

Kess shared his thoughts following a recent revelation by former housemate Danbosky, who publicly opened up about the struggles he has faced since leaving the reality show.

According to Kess, appearing on the show may bring fame, attention and opportunities, but adjusting to life after the cameras stop rolling can be a completely different experience.

“Winner or not, the moment you leave that house, you are dealing with a version of life that is far more complicated than the one you left behind,” he wrote.

His comment has sparked conversations among fans about the reality of life after Big Brother, where contestants often return to a world of expectations, financial pressures and the challenge of turning their newfound popularity into lasting opportunities
