Brymo accuses 2Face, Burna Boy, Davido of knowing about alleged cult recruitment [VIDEO]

Daily Post about 3 hours 3 mins read

Singer Brymo has accused his colleagues, 2Face, Burna Boy and Davido, of knowing about how he was lured to join a secret cult.

Brymo made the allegation during a recent interview on the ‘Lahor Talk’ podcast.

This came one month after Brymo responded to Burna Boy’s statement about his career.

DAILY POST recalls that Burna Boy, in a diss track, mocked the singer’s career by saying, “Hustle make you no go fall off like Brymo.”

Responding to the statement in July 2026, Brymo vowed to take revenge, noting that he doesn’t care about the fraternity that Burna Boy belongs to.

Finally revealing the cause of the dispute, Brymo claimed that Burna Boy, Davido and 2Face were involved in how he was lured to Chevron in 2019 under the guise of being hosted and was pressured to join a cult.

He narrated the incident when he was asked if he could forgive Burna Boy if he apologised to him over remarks about his career.

Brymo, who didn’t allow the interviewer to finish the question, noted that he’s not asking Burna Boy for an apology.

Explaining the cause of his rift with the three musicians, Brymo claimed that he was lured to Chevron in 2019 under the guise of being hosted and was pressured to join a cult.

While challenging 2Face, Davido and Burna Boy to come out to deny the allegation, Brymo noted that their names were mentioned by those pressuring him.

The interviewer said, “Speaking of forgiveness, if Burna Boy takes back the statement he made about you.”

Responding in Pidgin English, Brymo said, “Which forgiveness? I don’t have forgiveness on Burna Boy, 2Face or Davido. I want them to tell me that they truly don’t know about wetin happened to me for Chevron or not.

“When I got attacked. When I was lured into being hosted. Only to be told that I need to join cult. And they mentioned their names. Why are they still quiet about it since all these years if you’re not involved?

“This year 2026 is the 7th anniversary of the incident. It happened in 2019. I’m not asking for an apology. Just be a man and say, ‘Brymo, I have nothing to do with it.’ That’s what they have to say because as long as they don’t say that, they did it.

“I will keep saying it till it destroys your legacy completely. You will speak up. I’m not asking for any apology,” he said.

Watch him speak.
