The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) has announced that cocoa farmers will receive GHS 2,587. 00 per 64-kilogramme bag for the 2026 Light Crop cocoa season. A circular issued by COCOBOD and signed by Dr Francis Baah, the Deputy Chief Executive in charge of Agronomy and Quality Control, said purchases for the season would commence on Thursday, June 18, at all designated buying centres across the country.
