Cristiano Ronaldo names most complete player in football history

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has declared he is the most complete player in the history of football.

Ronaldo stated this during an interview with CNN Portugal.

The 41-year-old compared himself to other great names like Lionel Messi, Pele and Diego Maradona.

“If someone prefers Messi, Pelé or Maradona, that’s a matter of personal taste. I respect that,” Ronaldo said.

“But to say Cristiano Ronaldo is not a complete player is a lie.

“I am the most complete player.”

Ronaldo is currently 20 goals away from hitting the 1,000-goal mark in his career.
