Former Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, former Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, and Manchester City attacking midfielder Jack Grealish have reacted to Erling Haaland’s new haircut.
Haaland left many people surprised after debuting a new haircut as Manchester City defeated Bournemouth 2-1 in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Norway international opted to cut his long hair, which he had worn for a long time, ahead of the new Premier League season.
Haaland then made video calls to his former manager Guardiola, his teammate Grealish and Ibrahimovic.
But before calling Ibrahimovic, Haaland recalled the Swede’s warning against cutting his hair.
When Ibrahimovic answered the call, the former Manchester United attacker said, “What did you do? You lost a bet or what? Block me and erase my number.”
On his part, Guardiola said, “No way. You are lucky you have hair. I’d love to have it. I love it.”
Similarly, Grealish said, “You look about 10 years old. That’s hilarious.”
