The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested the suspended South-West Women Leader of the City Boy Movement, Halimat Tejuosho.
EFCC spokesman, Dele Oyewale confirmed this to TheCable on Saturday, saying she is in their custody.
Recall that in April, the anti-graft agency declared Tejuosho wanted for alleged fraud.
She was wanted for allegedly obtaining money under false pretence.
“She is in our custody,” Oyewale said.
At that time, EFCC said she is from Lagos State and her last known address was House A26, Aso Grove Estate, Maitama Extension, Abuja.
The commission had then asked Nigerians with useful information about her whereabouts to report to its office or the nearest police station.
She is now in EFCC custody as investigation continues.
