Emir of Zazzau confirms Isiaka Abdulrazaq as Tafidan Yamman Zazzau

The Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Huh Bamalli, has confirmed the appointment of Mallam Isiaka Abdulrazaq as Tafidan Yamman Zazzau.

The confirmation was conveyed in a letter dated October 7, 2026, issued by the Zazzau Emirate Council and signed by the Magatakardan Zazzau, Yusuf Abubakar Hayat.

Abdulrazaq retired from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Executive Director of Finance and Accounts at the National Electric Power Authority, NEPA, later known as the Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN.

He is the son of the late Alhaji A.G.F. Abdulrazaq, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Tafidan Zazzau.

The Emir and members of the Emirate Council congratulated Abdulrazaq on his appointment and expressed confidence in his ability to discharge the responsibilities of the office.
