EPL: Alonso makes demands ahead of Chelsea vs Bournemouth game

Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Chelsea manager, Xabi Alonso, has urged his team to keep improving, learning and be in the process to be competitive ahead of their Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday.

Alonso, who spoke at his pre-match press conference on Friday, also urged the Blues to learn how to adapt to situations on the pitch.

“We need to keep improving, keep on learning, be in the process to be competitive, be good, learn how to read the moments and adapt to situations,” Alonso said of Chelsea.

“It’s part of the process, and the feeling is that from each game we are learning things, but we need to make sure we don’t make the same mistakes again, knowing that each game is tough,” he said.

Alonso’s side currently occupies the 10th position on the Premier League table with seven points from five games.
