EPL: ‘He’s a winner’ – Joe Cole names best manager to coach Chelsea

Daily Post 20 days 1 mins read

Former Chelsea star, Joe Cole, has identified former Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen head coach Xabi Alonso as the best manager to manage the Blues.

Speaking with Paddy Power, Cole described Alonso, who is currently without a job after he was sacked by Real Madrid earlier this year, as a winner.

This is coming after Chelsea recently sacked their manager Liam Rosenior a few days ago.

“I would love to see Xabi Alonso at the club. I loved watching his Leverkusen team,” Cole said.

“I think he was hard done by at Real Madrid. He understands massive clubs. He is a winner.

“The sad thing is, I don’t think Xabi Alonso would even consider Chelsea.”
