Biggie shook up the house dynamics with a major twist, giving housemates permission to do something usually strictly forbidden: conspire. Contestants entered the Conspiracy Zone, getting two minutes to deliberate and strategise over who they wanted to keep safe. They were then called into the Diary Room one by one to nominate three housemates for safety.
When the votes were tallied, Barry, Bells, Cassi, Goddessa, and Tram were initially saved. However, Head of House Sheba held the Veto Power and exercised her authority by swapping Cassi out to grant safety to Chimsom Chuka instead.

Sheba Makes History as the First Female HoH
Week two saw Sheba emerge victorious in the Head of House games, becoming the very first female HoH of Season 11. While the title brought bragging rights and immunity, it did not grant automatic entry into the HoH Loft. Following the season’s twist, a lucky dip draw determined who moved into the luxury quarters. Sheba drew Cassi’s name, who then chose Nomy to join him upstairs.
Prize Money Fluctuation and MIPOW Reveal
Biggie delivered a massive bombshell this week: the ₦100 million grand prize is no longer guaranteed. The total prize pot will now fluctuate based on task performances and rule breaks, forcing housemates to actively protect their money.

Aikou and Flora Discover They Are the Gambit
While the audience learned the secret identities of the Gambit during the opening week, Aikou and Flora were finally brought into the Diary Room individually to hear the truth from Biggie. While Aikou took the news calmly, Flora broke down in tears, admitting she never wanted the Gambit role. Biggie issued a stern warning to both: revealing their Gambit status to any housemate results in instant disqualification.

The First Wager Presentation Loss
Cooperation proved difficult for the house, resulting in their first wager presentation loss of the season. The preparation process was rocky, with heated arguments breaking out between Cassi, Bluethopia, and Temi Nkem, while Martins and Ricky clashed during rehearsals.
Although the housemates put up an energetic performance in the arena, Biggie noted that their presentation lacked proper coordination, structure, and creative execution. With the loss, the house forfeited their shopping allowance for the upcoming week.
