The African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, says President Bola Tinubu scored an ‘F9’ across all parameters in his three years in office.
Sowore made this assertion on Tuesday during a live appearance in an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Morning Brief’.
He also said that the president needs to apologise to Nigerians on a daily basis for presenting himself for an office he ‘is not qualified for’.
“I rate the government from a number of parameters, and one of them is security, which has failed. Talking about the power sector, the national grid has collapsed more than anything else in this country in the last three years.
“Talking about education, we are now asking our children to borrow to go to school. Then about healthcare, even the president doesn’t go to Nigerian hospitals.
“In food security, Nigeria is on the list of countries that is regarded as hungry to the point that the Food and Agriculture Organization, FAO, considers Nigeria as one of the places it has to send food to in 2026 to feed its people.
“How about the economy? We have grown the number of poor people from 70 million about three years ago to 140 million. That doesn’t look good. We are talking about multi-dimensionally poor people.
“So you tell me if you look at all these parameters, you would see that the president has an F9 in the last three years of his administration,” he said.
