The Embassy of Ghana in Tokyo has urged Ghanaian nationals in Japan to remain vigilant as Typhoon No. 13, Dolphin, approaches parts of the country. The advisory, issued on Monday, August 3, follows forecasts that the typhoon is moving towards the Ogasawara Islands, about 1,000 kilometres south of central Tokyo, with high waves expected.
