The Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovation, Mr. Samuel Nartey George, has declared Ghana rsquo;s readiness to scale rapidly within the global digital economy. He unveiled a strategy to position the country as Africa rsquo;s leading hub for outsourcing and digital services, telling investors ldquo;The question is no longer whether Ghana can compete, but how swiftly we can scale.
