‘I don’t feel guilt’, Nneoma Ox gets candid on self-care spending

By Benjamin Njoku

Content creator Nneoma Oranebo, popularly known on Instagram as Nneoma Ox, has opened up about the things she spends her money on, and she says she has no regrets.

The skit maker, who recently celebrated her birthday, took to Instagram to share a list of items and experiences she lavishes on herself despite criticism. Nneoma believes that life is about taking care of your needs and making yourself happy.

Some of the things on her “no-guilt spending” list include: body mists, good perfume, laser hair removal, comfortable shoes, spa days and massages, skincare, sunglasses, regular medical check-ups, books and educational materials, quality foam and pillows, and hiring a Personal Assistant.

The video instantly sparked conversation online. While many fans hailed her for prioritizing self-care, others criticized her lifestyle as “extravagant.”

But for Nneoma, the message is clear: self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Known for her entertaining comedy skits, vlogs, and lifestyle content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, the popular skit maker, says she’s more of a realist than a pretender.

Her candid post has since resonated with many ladies of her generation who believe that investing in comfort, health, and personal growth is just as important as saving.

Whether you agree or not, one thing is certain, Nneoma Ox is unapologetic about choosing herself.
