Mahama reorganises National Security Secretariat with six appointments

President John Dramani Mahama has approved a reorganisation of the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), resulting in six new appointments and reassignments with immediate effect. The changes were announced in a statement issued on Tuesday evening, August 11, 2026, by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications.
