The Naira on Wednesday further depreciated at the official market, trading at N1,379.06 per dollar.
Data from the official website of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) revealed that the Naira lost N3.32.
This represented a 0.24 per cent loss compared with Tuesday, when the local currency traded at N1,375.74.
The Naira, which opened the trading week on Monday with a gain of N1.92 at the official market, recorded its first loss of N7.47 on Tuesday.
The Naira had earlier experienced weeklong appreciation before dipping on Tuesday and extending the loss into Wednesday.
