Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, is upset with national team manager Jorge Jesus, following their 2-1 win over Norway in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday.
Ronaldo is furious after he was left on the bench for the entire match.
According to Record, the Portuguese Football Federation has summoned an emergency meeting between the 41-year-old and Jesus to resolve the issue.
It is understood that Ronaldo is not happy with Jesus’ decision not to bring him on as a substitute, having reportedly been promised 30 minutes.
At full-time, the Al Nassr forward went straight down the tunnel and didn’t acknowledge their travelling supporters.
Ronaldo then skipped training on Thursday, with Portugal having travelled to Sweden to prepare for their game against Denmark.
The report also claims that the atmospherein the dressing room has been “tense and uncomfortable” because of the situation.
