New Barcelona signing, Karim Adeyemi, has named the best player he has ever played against in his career.
Adeyemi recently joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund this summer transfer window.
Speaking in an interview with Mundo Deportivo, the 24-year-old forward was asked who among the players he has played against was the best.
Adeyemi simply mentioned Portugal captain Cristiano, labelling him as one of the top players in history.
“He wasn’t at his best in one game, but I once played against Ronaldo, who is one of the top players in history.”
But when asked if Messi is the best player in history, Adeyemi simply said, “absolutely.”
