Enyimba technical adviser, Emmanuel Deutsch, has declared that his side’s Matchday 4 encounter against Inter Lagos is a must-win.
The People’s Elephant will do battle with Inter Lagos at the Enyimba Stadium in Aba on Sunday.
DAILY POST reports that Enyimba are without a win from their opening two fixtures of the season.
Deutsch said that there is no cause for worry despite the slow start to the season.
“There is no fire on the mountain. We played two away matches and I thought the team would at least pick a point from those games, but unfortunately, we failed in our quest,” Deutsch was quoted by Complete Sports.
“Our home game against Inter Lagos must be a victory for the home fans and supporters of Abia.”
Deutsch also assured that his team would not underestimate the newly promoted side.
“The spirit in camp is high, and we are not going to underestimate Inter Lagos despite their position in the league table.
“What is more important is that we are prepared to pick the three points.”
