Rivers United technical adviser, Finidi George has expressed satisfaction with the outcome of his side’s matchday six encounter against Ranchers Bees.
The Port Harcourt club held their hosts to a 0-0 draw at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano on Monday.
Rivers United extended their unbeaten run in the Nigeria Premier Football League ,NPFL, this season following the stalemate.
Finidi’s side moved to second position on the league standings with 11 points from five matches.
The former Nigeria international stated that leaving Kano with a point is satisfactory.
“It is a good point,” Finidi said during his interaction with the media after the game.
“This is a place where it is very difficult to even pick a point. I thought they were ahead of us in the first half, but we came out better in the second half. “
Rivers United will face Katsina United in a rescheduled fixture at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium on Wednesday.
