NPFL: Gusau inspects Bako Kontagora stadium ahead new season

The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, President Ibrahim Gusau has inspected the Bako Kontagora Stadium ahead of the 2026-27 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

The stadium is the home ground of NPFL side, Niger Tornadoes.

The state governor Umar Bago led the NFF delegates on inspection of the stadium on Thursday.

The stadium is currently undergoing renovation ahead of the new season.

Niger Tornadoes returned to their original home ground last season.

DAILY POST recalls that Niger Tornadoes played their home games at a neutral ground two season ago.
