NUPRC announces 2026 licensing round, unveils plans to boost production

Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC)

The commission also outlined plans to boost crude oil production by restoring more than 788,000 barrels per day of shut-in production and advancing offshore projects worth an estimated $30 billion to $50 billion to final investment decision.
