NWFL: Adebisi optimistic Remo Stars Ladies will bounce back next season

Remo Stars Ladies midfielder, McCarthy Adebisi has expressed optimism that her team will do well in the 2026/27 season.

The Ikenne-based club missed out on a place in the NWFL Super Six playoff tournament last season.

Adebisi said she is focused on helping the team achieve their objective team next term.

“These past two seasons have been the most difficult of my football career. There were many challenges, setbacks and injuries,moments that tested me on and off the pitch,” Adebisi stated on her social media handle.

“It wasn’t always easy, and there were times I had to fight through things I never expected.

“But it’s also time to work, stay focused, train hard, and do everything I can to come back stronger than ever.

“I can’t wait for next season. I’ll be ready,fitter, stronger and more motivated than ever before.”
