On Alli Street, beside Tinubu Square on Lagos Island, PREMIUM TIMES observed nylons, plastic bottles, household waste and rotting fruits dumped in front of business premises.

Many parts of Lagos have continued to experience the pile-up of refuse despite Governor Sanwo-Olu's recent directive for scaled-up waste evacuation across the state.
