Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has commissioned a N15.9 billion flyover in the Post Office area of Maiduguri, marking the fourth flyover in the state capital. The nine-span flyover, which was completed within 11 months, was awarded in 2025 to Chinese contractors, Eighteenth Engineering Company.
