Promise Land Innovation Limited, owners of the WEALTH App, has terminated its Brand Ambassadorship Agreement with actress Tonto Charity Dikeh with immediate effect.
The company announced the termination in a press statement signed by its Executive Director, Mrs. Gift Emmanuel, and dated September 15, 2026.
According to the statement, the decision followed a review of Dikeh’s performance under the agreement, which the company said revealed that the contractual obligations and promotional objectives had not been satisfactorily fulfilled.
The company also cited a performance review meeting scheduled for September 7, 2026, which was intended to review outstanding obligations and discuss the way forward.
It said the meeting did not take place as scheduled due to Dikeh’s failure to attend.
“Consequently, the Company has exercised its contractual right to bring the Brand Ambassadorship Agreement to an end with immediate effect,” the statement said.
Promise Land Innovation Limited said Dikeh had been formally notified of the decision, adding that the company wished her well in her future endeavours.
The company stressed that the termination would not affect its commitment to providing innovative solutions for real estate investment management through the WEALTH App.
It thanked its subscribers, customers, partners and the general public for their continued interest, support and confidence in the WEALTH App, and reaffirmed its commitment to delivering innovative solutions that create lasting value for its users.
