PSG begin UCL title defence with 6-1 win over Slovan Bratislava

Ferran Torres scored a hat-trick as two-time defending champions Paris Saint-Germain began their bid to win a third consecutive Champions League title by thrashing Slovan Bratislava 6-1 on Wednesday.

Ousmane Dembele got the first two goals for PSG at the Parc des Princes, before Spain’s World Cup final hero Torres struck three times on his Champions League debut for his new club.

Fabian Ruiz sealed the win late on as the big victory sets PSG up nicely for the rest of the league phase.
