President John Dramani Mahama has described former President Jerry John Rawlings as a central figure in the development of the political tradition that gave rise to the National Democratic Congress. Addressing a ceremony commemorating Rawlings rsquo; legacy, Mahama said the late former President rsquo;s commitment to accountability, social justice and national service had shaped both the party and the country.
