The Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice has filed a preliminary legal objection against a motion by lawyer Andy Kwame Appiah Kubi seeking leave to withdraw his legal services in the ongoing illegal mining case involving New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi.
