SHS placement remains largely merit-based – Haruna Iddrisu

The Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, has described the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) as a largely merit-based process. He said the system takes into account students rsquo; aggregates and their preferred schools, although other considerations such as catchment areas also influence placement.
