‘The cheaters are all smiling’ — Sowore accuses Tinubu, Atiku, Obi of copying his ideas

Daily Post about 15 hours 1 mins read

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has accused President Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi of copying his ideas on fuel subsidy.

Sowore made the claim in a post on X while reacting to the Federal Government’s reported 30-day petrol discount through the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL.

He alleged that Atiku and Obi had adopted his position halfway, while claiming Tinubu only arrived at the issue after the other politicians had already taken his ideas.

“On fuel subsidy, the cheaters are all smiling after copying Sowore’s answers!” Sowore said.

He likened the politicians to students writing the same examination, saying they had adopted the same ideas despite arriving at different times.

“Same examination, same copied answers, different arrival times!” he added.

Sowore, however, said copying his ideas would not guarantee success, insisting that the three politicians would still fail even if the examination were open-book.

“But here’s their problem, even if it were an OPEN-BOOK EXAM, they still wouldn’t pass!” he said.
