PromiseLand Estate, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Amb Lawrence Emmanuel MON, is set to develop a 22-storey mixed-use luxury real estate project, Tri Tower Abuja, in the Central Business District of the Federal Capital Territory.

The proposed development is designed as an integrated work, leisure, residential and investment destination, combining luxury residences, hospitality, business, entertainment and lifestyle facilities in one location.

According to the developers, Tri Tower Abuja is intended to introduce a new standard of urban living and investment to the capital, with the project rising 22 floors above Abuja’s Central Business District.

The development will feature premium serviced apartments and luxury residences, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses.

Other proposed facilities include sky restaurants and lounges, retail and entertainment spaces, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and wellness centre, recreational facilities, smart-building technology and premium security.

The project will also provide dedicated commercial and business spaces, alongside hospitality and short-let opportunities for investors.

PromiseLand Estate said Tri Tower Abuja is designed to cater to modern investors seeking premium real estate for personal use as well as potential rental income.

The development is expected to position the project as a destination for residential, commercial and lifestyle activities within Abuja’s Central Business District.

With its proposed combination of residences, hospitality, business and leisure facilities, Tri Tower Abuja is being positioned by its developers as a major addition to the capital’s evolving real estate landscape.
