Former Golden Eaglets winger, Christian Nwachukwu played a crucial role as Azerbaijani club, Sabah Baku earned a place in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League following their comeback victory over Hapoel Be’er Sheva.

Sabah Baku suffered a 2-1 defeat in the first leg in Israel last week.

The Owls, however, fought back to win the second leg 5-2 and secure a 6-4 aggregate victory.

Nwachukwu netted Sabah Baku’s first goal of the night.
