US medium confirms arrest of Fulani militia leader behind Christian genocide in Nigeria

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Mahmoud Adam, a suspected terrorist allegedly linked to the killing of Christians in Nigeria, particularly in the Middle Belt, has reportedly been arrested.

The arrest was confirmed by the Daily Caller, a United States-based news platform, in an exclusive report published on Friday.

According to the report, Adam, a resident of Plateau State, was allegedly the secret leader of the Fulani Ethnic Militia, FEM.

A former US intelligence officer with expertise in Islamist terrorism, who spoke to the Daily Caller, also confirmed the arrest of the alleged terrorist.

The report alleged that photos provided by a whistleblower exclusively to the Daily Caller showed that the terrorist had “met with and received high-value gifts from Nigerian military leaders, while a current senator previously intervened to secure his release from custody.”

The operation that led to his arrest was carried out on September 12 at his compound in Plateau State, where the alleged terrorist was serving as a prominent Fulani community leader.
