[VIDEO] 2027 Elections: ‘Vote To Stay Alive,’ Kukah Urges Nigerians

The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, Most Rev. Matthew Kukah, has urged Nigerians to make informed choices in the 2027 elections, saying their votes could determine their survival and well-being.

Kukah spoke on Friday on the sidelines of the 70th anniversary of Saint Finbarr’s College.

He urged voters to research candidates before supporting them, particularly by using information available on the internet.

Kukah said that though Nigerians could blame the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), government, or security agencies for electoral challenges, ultimately voters were responsible for the choices they made.
