The presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the 2027 elections, Adewole Adebayo, has promised to ensure abundant availability of staple food if elected president.
Adebayo, who was a guest on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Wednesday, lamented that even professionals in the country can no longer afford to buy a bag of rice.
He said Nigerians would have access to affordable food under programmes outlined in the SDP manifesto.
