Former England defender, Micah Richards, believes France is the only team the Three Lions should be worried about facing at the World Cup.

Richards spoke after England defeated Mexico in the World Cup Round of 16 to qualify for the last-8 earlier today.

Recall that a brace from Jude Bellingham and a goal from Harry Kane gave England a 3-2 win against the co-host nation.

“I think the only team that really worries me is France. They’re so dynamic,” Richards said as quoted by Metro UK after England defeated Mexico.

“There was something in that performance, there was a spirit and a determination – that’s what I liked so much about the performance today.”

England will now face Norway for a place in the semi-final in the coming days.
