2026 Ballon d’Or: Definitely possible – Bellingham names player to win award

Daily Post about 3 hours 1 mins read

England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, has named his international team mate Harry Kane, as a possible winner of the 2026 Ballon d’Or.

Bellingham was speaking to the media after their 3-0 win over Czech Republic in the UEFA Nations League on Tuesday night.

The Real Madrid star hailed Kane’s characteristics both off and on the pitch.

“Kane is fantastic, as a person and as a player. Nothing he ever does surprises me,” Bellingham said.

“Such an amazing role model, amazing guy and an honour to share the pitch with him.

“Ballon d’Or? Yeah, who knows. Definitely possible…”

Bellingham is also among the final 30 nominees for this year’s Ballon d’Or award, to be handed out in London on October 26.
