President John Dramani Mahama has presented replacement vehicles to the immediate past Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Thomas Oppong-Peprah (Rtd), and former Service Commanders of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) following the withdrawal of armoured vehicles previously allocated to them as part of their retirement package.
