NPFL: Abdullahi shops for new club after Katsina United exit

Zalli Abdullahi has terminated his contract with Katsina United by mutual consent, DAILY POST reports.

Abdullahi ended his spell with the Chanji Boys after an impressive 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

He made 29 NPFL appearances for Katsina United during the season.

Rangers, Rivers United and Kano Pillars are reportedly tracking the goalkeeper as they look to strengthen their squad for the 2026-27 campaign.

Meanwhile, Katsina United have identified Central African Republic, CAR, goalkeeper Alladoum Kolimba as a replacement for Zalli.

Kolimba was on the books of Remo Stars in the 2025-26 NPFL season.
