NPFL: Ahiaeke declares Kun Khalifat ready for Shooting Stars showdown

Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Kun Khalifat FC forward, Ahiaeke Chijioke, says the team is ready for their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clash with Shooting Stars, DAILY POST reports.

Kun Khalifat will host the Oluyole Warriors at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri this weekend.

Ahiaeke said the players are focused on scoring goals and securing maximum points.

He acknowledged that Shooting Stars are a tough side but insisted Kun Khalifat are well prepared for the challenge.

“It’s a big game,” Ahiaeke told the club’s media.

“We need to try to score goals. Shooting Stars SC are going to try and play with the same structure and I think we need to be prepared for them.”

Kun Khalifat currently occupy 20th place on the table with five points from seven matches.
